Jonathan has over 30 years of experience of working within the primary care sector including holding senior commissioner and provider roles, and is himself an associate of NHS PCC-CIC
He founded Primary Care Transformation & Innovation Limited in 2011. The vision was to create a small consultancy company that could provide specialist primary care support to commissioners and providers drawing on the skills and expertise of a small team of associates.
Depending on the project a team of trusted associates maybe suggested, broadening our skill base and providing service continuity.
